How does it work?

When you purchase the CDRS Self-Study Course, our staff will receive a notification and we will begin the process of setting up your online account and log-in information. Please allow up to 1 business day for our staff to setup your account information. Our staff will send you an email to the email address used when you purchase the course containing important information and instructions for accessing the online course. The Self-Study Course is a self-paced, self-study learning module, so you can take as long as you would like to complete the course.  Upon completion of the course, you will be prompted to take the CDRS Self-Study Exam.  It's that simple!

America's Home Rescue offers the Certified Default Resolution Specialist (CDRS) designation, designed to reward and distinguish those professionals who have invested in their Short Sale training and are actively working Short Sale transactions. Given the foreclosure situation that our country is currently experiencing, it is imperative that real estate professionals diversify their expertise beyond traditional real estate practices. The CDRS Certification Program includes our CDRS Self-Study Course, the Short Sale Solutions Instruction Guide (digital version), the Short Sale Calculator Desktop Software, ongoing guidance and support via our Online Short Sale Discussion Forum, a CDRS certificate, and digital logos to be used for marketing purposes, as well as placement on the Online CDRS Agent Network Mapping System, so that homeowners, lenders and other real estate professionals can search and locate you when they are seeking the services of a trained CDRS Certified Professional.
